  • DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

    No appointments are necessary. The store is open Mon-Fri. 9:00 am-5:30 pm.  There is plenty of parking on the back side of the building, and for your convenience there is a door in the back to come in.

  • DO YOU SHIP PRODUCTS?

    We do ship products that are needed. You can call the store, pay over the phone and it will be shipped to you. Shipping fees do apply. 816-833-2300

  • WHY ARE BAGGED MACHINES BETTER THAN BAGLESS?

    Bagged machines have a better airflow, which is a more thorough clean. They require less maintenance and clog less. There is not as much of a mess changing the bag as there is dumping a bagless.

  • HOW OFTEN DO I CHANGE MY BELT?

    For rubber belts it is recommended to change them at least every 4-6 months, depending on usage.

  • WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO BRING MY VACUUM OR SEWING MACHINE IN FOR ROUTINE SERVICE?

    Just like an oil change on a car keeps it running smooth and lasting longer, a service check on your vacuum is recommended to keep it running in top form. After a vacuum comes in for a service check, it looks and runs almost like brand new
